_pancakes ahoy! SOON SOON SOON SOON SOON! Unclechin says: ok step 1: make buttermilk pour one table spoon of lemon juice into a one-cup measuring cup, top it up with milk, let it sit for 5 misn step 2, get one large egg, and beat like no tomorrow step three, add post-5-mins buttermilk to beaten egg step 4, add in ONE CUP of flour step 5, add in any fruits ya want, and cinnamon if any Step 6: 4 TEASPOONs of baking POWDER (best if it is a "double action baking powder" setp 7: combine mixture, DONT overstir, it MUST stay kinda lumpy kind, not pebbles inside it must be just incorporated take non stick pan, WIPE surface with oil, little bit only ah heat it up when it water splatters when on the pan, it is ready pour in any amount of the batter, up to you, I make HUGE ASS ones ooops step 8: add in batter after pan prep (that is oil wiping and testing of temperature) step 9: when bubbles are formed on the surface, and the bottom if set, slip it over first side takes about 2-3 mins, reserve side, about 1-2 DONE! p.s created a new tab for COOK! definitely cooking more soon! _blading woke up very early on good friday i think. meet up with marcy to have kfc breakfast at downtown east. yes, we went all the way to pasir ris.  a good start i suppose? this guy blamed me for his first fall. saying that i didnt support him. rawr. you're not very light even though you're skinny ok.  this picture is truly insulting. his thighs are smaller than my calf. life's never fair i guess?  i think he fell a couple of times,ended up with an aching body the next day. _ahluba Met up with the gang back in March after the longest time ever. very difficult to organise an outing. everyone has their own commitments. late lunch/dinner at Ajisen Plaza Sing. my favourite spicy miso ramen. member for 3rd year running. its an addiction. _green tea freak i'm a convert! green tea to substitute 1 litre of plain water a day. but staring at the steaming bottle of green tea now. it makes me wonder if i'll die from drinking that. cos i'm not so sure if my bottle can take all the hot water that i'm filling it up with everyday. maybe i need to invest on a better bottle. OK NOW I'M PISSED. what is with emails coming in, asking me to do a list of things, that i DO NOT understand. i also DO NOT appreciate some people, replying on my behalf, that i can handle all that shit, without asking if i actually know what they are saying. _imma take away your manhood WAWAWA! just got to know of some stuff from my friend. the things that her friend went through. damn, i wanna chop his manhood. ok. everything else is a secret. monday slight blues, LOL. so far so good. not too draggy. nothing much to do. the man is no longer working at the same company. contract ended. sleep until 10+, hot lunch date with mama and is now at orchard with friends. GRRR. nevermind, 18 more working days. 我忍！ sigh. got to start being more consistent with the photo uploading. incase my PC crash and my HDD crash at the exact same timing! _adapted from teevee YESTERDAY woke up at an ungodly hour, 530am to make breakfast for the man. only becos he was down the whole day on thurs. worried for his daddy. although its meal filled with crappy junk unhealthy food. but the man is happy. Wednesday evening after work, the man went to visit his dady. so i went to fair price xtra in jurong point. to get some groceries. namely, bread crumbs ham cheese basically, all i did was to wrap cheese in ham, dip in flour, dip in egg, dip in bread crumbs, fry. suck up the oil with kitchen towels, served with wholemeal bread. sandwich? ahahahahahahaha. very simple and brainless stuff. saw it on tv on tuesday night. i think its really not too bad for breakfast. the melty cheese oozing out from every bite. yum. Hope.
