    and i thought that during this break i can have some time to rest my arm and my knee.
    my arm's doing well i guess.
    but my knee's not getting any better cos i'm standing around most of the time in the shop i'm attached to.
    the last time i played ball was during the last match against tp in mid january.
    no play ball = no exercise = gain unnecessary weight
    sad.
    fortunately, training starts next week.
    and my supervisor is nice enough to let me go off early from work to make it in time for training.
