    yesterday's training was very fun.
    even though the headcount was pathetic.
    cos most of them couldnt make it.
    and so training was changed to not compulsory.
    leisure training.
    7girls and 3guys.
    plus coach.
    LOL.
    not even a team of 12.
    but we managed to play 5 on 5.
    then my senior wasnt feeling well.
    so she stopped playing.
    then the rest continued.
    played 3 on 3.
    lots of laughter and excitment.
    cos some of the guys like spike with the strength they got from drinking milk since young.
    and by any chance got people receive that ball.
    buy 4D.
    but feels good although very painful.

    leisure training again please! :)
